Most Improved Employee

2016

Binh Duong

BIM Modeler II

By winning this award, it shows how much Binh has grown in the last two years. Binh started out as a Modeler I and really struggled to find his way.

As a member of the BIM Production team, Binh made many mistakes while he was doing his best to learn the process in his first year. Once he was in his second year, Binh really blossomed into a true leader. Being a Modeler II means you have to become a real leader and it requires you to manage a team of Modeler I.

One of the things Binh learned was learning from his mistakes and not repeating those mistakes. In 2016, Binh was responsible for producing some of the most difficult work on the BIM Production team and he delivered everything he was asked.

Binh is an upcoming true leader and he is no doubt one of the most important members of the company. In 2015, Binh completed his BIM Certified Professional certificate and had the highest score of the entire course.

Congratulations Binh and keep up the good work !!

Duy is without a doubt one of the hardest workers at TBF. Duy started as a Designer working along with our current CEO in 2010. Since then, Duy has worked his way up and now is responsible for BIM Technology team.

Duy is an expert in a variety of applications from Dynamo to Rhino to ArchiCAD. Being responsible for the team which has to meet a number of unreal deadlines, Duy excelled without a hitch.

Duy oversees his team with only 7 members and designed as well as produced the work equivalent to a team of 20. Duy also loves to learn and this is what sets him apart from everyone else.

Always a student, Duy never stops learning and you can always find him researching on a variety of subjects to learn everything about the work he is currently working on.

Most Valuable Employee

2016

Duc Quoc Dang

BIM Coordinator II

Duc is no stranger to winning these types of awards at TBF. In 2014, Duc also won the Most Productive and the Most Valuable Employee.

Duc currently runs the BIM Production team and has always been one of the most productive members at TBF.

Duc started at TBF in 2014 as a Modeler I and worked his way up the ladder very quickly by not being afraid to take on the tough challenges. Within 6 months, Duc was promoted to Modeler II and six months after that, he became a BIM Coordinator I.

Normally, each position requires the staff to have at least 1 to 2 years experience to learn. Duc was an exception because he learned very quickly and fully immerse himself in any role he worked at.

Duc is a true leader and we have no doubt Duc will be one of the top executive members of the company in the very near future.

Duc is also recently featured in our Emerging BIM Talent
