Modeling in BIM at the conceptual stage.

This project is located in Mui Ne, Vietnam. With over 100 hectares of land, this was one of the biggest project that we designed in BIM. 

​

As the architect and the BIM modeler, we completed this work in 2014. Unfortunately, this project was never realized, nevertheless, we were only able to do it with such a quick turn-a-round time because all thanks to out BIM  process. 

​

With 4 different unit types and over 220 units in total, this was a very unique project.
