Our typical 2-step production process for our clients.

If you need modeling done, typically, this is how it works:

Step 1


This is when we send you a quote withing 24 hours of your request.

Send us your DWG files.

We will review the drawings and send back with our quotation.

Our quotation will have 3 primary elements:

  1. Number of man-days that we will need to complete conversion of the models from DWG to BIM. 

  2. Duration of working days we will need to complete the scope.

  3. Cost per man-day and total cost of the scope. 

Step 2


Once you approve the costs and return the signed quotation.

Create an Action Plan.

An Action Plan is a simple process for a modeling in BIM  project. It usually start with a goal and a quick overview of the entire process for the project in order to understand exactly the objectives of our scope.

Architectural | MEPF | Structural BIM modeling.

In addition to BIM Management work on this project, we were also responsible for the creation of the BIM models for all disciplines for the purpose of coordination during the construction phase.  


An expansion to an existing development, this shopping center was very challenging for us since the old phase was not done in BIM. We had to start from scratch and coordinate with all the existing conditions of the project. 


We were able to accomplish this project in record time and save our clients significant costs during the construction phase.


This project was recently completed in early 2018. 


Architectural | MEPF | Structural design modeling.


Architect: Katerra Construction LLC.


Our project team of Architectural, Structural, and MEPF modelers created over 350 cut-sheets of the different components and assemblies for the 12-unit building consisting of 3 floors and almost 1,000 square meters of floor area. 

This project was completed in 2019.

Interior design modeling.


Located in Spain, the design for this innovative technology office came from an award-winning design firm based out of London. 

Our team was in charge of creating the documentation and modeling for the interior design. We generated a full set of design documents for the designer and provided assurance to the consultant teams to complete proper coordination of the project. 


The project was recently completed in early 2018.  


Architectural design modeling.

Located in District 4, Ho Chi Minh City, The Lancaster Lincoln has over 72,000 square meters of floor area with two towers overlooking District 1. Our team is responsible for the accurateness and completeness of the architectural models and coordination of all the trades.


We are the official BIM consultant for this project as well as the BIM modeler and coordinator. Once completed, this truly is the first fully implemented BIM building of its kind from the design stage all the way to the construction.

Architectural design modeling.

Located in Vietnam, the design for the associate housing​ was modeled in ARCHICAD utilizing our very own Integrated Design Process which incorporated Grasshopper, Rhinoceros and ARCHICAD in a streamlined process. 

Our team not only got to model the overall building, but also the individual modules and components that make up the entire modular fabricated building. 

The project is currently under consideration and set to start in 2017. 


BCA submission modeling.

Located in Singapore, this project with over 24,000 square meters of floor area was completed in 10 days with a team of 2 modelers. We were responsible for the architectural modeling and documentation preparation for BCA's formal BP submission stage. 

The hardest part of this work was the documentation's requirements from the architect as well as the building authority. 

Project was completed in 2014.

Located in Singapore, this project with over 55,000 square meters of floor area was completed in 15 days with a team of 3 modelers. We were responsible for the architectural modeling and documentation preparation for BCA's formal BP submission stage. 


The most difficult part of this modeling process for this particular building was the coordination of the structural design and architectural elements. 


Project was completed in 2014.


Architectural & MEPF modeling.

One of the biggest developments in Ho Chi Minh City, Vinhomes Central Park comprise of over 10,000 apartment units spreading over 17 towers including an impressive 81 level office tower called the Landmark.

We were responasible for the completion of the architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection model of the first phase of the project. The purpose of this project was to have a BIM model that can verify quantity and accuracy of the design and construction. 

Working with Meinhardt Vietnam, we created many customized elements and components for this project. The most difficult part of this work was the tight schedule and the coordination of the trades.

Our modeling work was completed in 2015.

The project is currently under construction and is planned to be completed in 2017.
